What is the condition of the watches?

All watches are as is where is. Please review images to make your judgment on the cosmetic condition before making your purchase. These are used vintage items mostly dating from the 80s up to late 2000s so please manage your expectations. Minor scratches and/or other forms of wear and tear and normal for vintage items but I always try my best to clean and have them repaired to restore the beauty of these watches so you get them in mint condition!

How much are your watches?

The prices set depends on different factors such as the uniqueness, brand, and/or condition of the watches.

Will you restock your watches?

Since these watches are very unique, I can only have one of every kind. So if you see a piece that you really love, make sure to get hands on it right away because great chances are, I will never have another of the same kind!

Are the watches waterproof?

I cannot provide assurance of water resistance or waterproof capabilities. It is advisable not to use secondhand watches in submersion scenarios like swimming or during showers, as the aging of gasket rubber and other waterproof components over time could compromise their efficacy. Professional testing for waterproof capabilities is highly suggested if such use is intended.

What payment methods do you accept?

For e-wallet payments, I only accept GCash and GoTyme.

Our Debit/Credit card payments is currently in process. Please use PayPal as an alternative.

All transactions submitted are encrypted with 128 SSL software which encrypts information you input to protect it from interception by outside parties and ensure a safe and secure payment procedure. 143 Vintage is committed to maintaining the highest levels of security and protection against fraud. We stay up-to-date with the latest in security technologies to ensure that your credit card information, contact information, and shipping/billing information are confidential and safe.

COD or Cash-on-Delivery payments is also accepted for Philippine-based buyers. For COD, there is an advanced payment of PHP 500.00 for every PHP 2,500.00 worth of single purchase before I can process and ship your orders.

(Example: PHP 5,500.00 order amount = PHP 1,000.00 advanced payment)

Why do I need an advanced partial payment for COD?

I collect an advanced payment for Cash-On-Delivery because I normally add insurance especially for high value orders for delivery. This serves as a safety net for your package during shipping and will protect both the vendor and customer.

I have a discount code. How do I use that?

Discount codes are applied during checkout. After adding all your items to your cart, click checkout and then input your discount code in the space provided then click "Apply". You should be able to see the discounted amount right away.

How do I cancel my order?

Unfortunately, cancelation and changes in your orders are not possible since I begin processing orders almost right away after they have been placed. Please double check your order carefully and make sure to input the any discount codes you may have before confirming checkout. I am unable to make any updates or add a discount code after the order is placed. I sincerely apologize in advanced.

Do you offer same-day delivery?

Sadly, I cannot accommodate same-day deliveries. Please understand that I'm a small business owner and mostly do the entire process on my own. I will be needing at least 2-3 days to process, pack, and ship every single order. Thank you!

Do you ship to other countries?

Yes! I ship worldwide through DHL. Prices may vary depending on the country of destination.

When will you ship my order?

Orders are processed within 2-3 business days after an order has been placed. For domestic delivery, shipping can take anywhere between 2-7 business days after packages have been obtained by logistics carrier. International orders may take 7-10 business days to arrive.

How will I know the delivery status of my package?

Once your order has been shipped, an email confirmation with its tracking details will be sent to you within 24 hours.

I received a damaged/defective watch, what should I do?

To better address your damaged/defective item/s, please send an email to 143vintageboutique@gmail.com within 72 hours after receiving your package. Kindly attach your proof of delivery with photos and videos together with your order ID (143VT-####) so I can asses what to do and help you with your concerns.

What if I put in a wrong address?

If you had typed an incorrect/incomplete address and your order has already been dispatched, please reach out to us immediately and we will do our best to help you escalate this to our partner carrier. However, we cannot promise that we will be able to successfully update the delivery address and we will be charging a reshipment fee and return-to-seller fee (if there's any). Please double check all details before confirming your orders.

What if my package gets lost?

We regret to inform you that 143 Vintage is not responsible for any packages lost in transit by the shipping carrier. In very rare occasions that this might happen, please directly reach out to them for any assistance.
